罗稳村原属高明区更楼镇，2005年划归明城镇，在肇江公路旁，距镇政府7公里[1][2]。

村情[edit]

村域面积7.5平方千米，辖峰江背、横江、罗稳、下新、东红、深水、山底7条自然村，440户，1839人。耕地有1635亩、鱼塘1300亩，山林面积5100亩，村收入以鱼塘和商铺出租为主；2017年农业总产值700万元[2]。

明清时属下仓步都二图罗稳村，1951年12月设罗稳乡[1]。2017年10月，入选第一批广东省卫生村[1]。
