旭日社区是佛山市禅城区祖庙街道下辖的社区，地处佛山中心城区。相传取名旭日，是以初升的太阳比喻朝气蓬勃。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1994年4月以前属普君街道，5月改属同济街道；2002年8月，原旭日、金鱼、南浦、卫国四个居委会合并为旭日社区居民委员会。[1]
