莺岗社区是佛山市禅城区祖庙街道下辖的社区，地处佛山中心城区。佛山旧时最高的山岗称莺岗，社区因此得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
莺岗居委会建于20世纪50年代，属最早一批街道政权建设居委会，原归佛山市城区管理，2002年起由禅城区祖庙街道管辖。2016年5月，禅城区政府以佛禅府办函〔2016〕44号文批复，钻石社区居委会并入莺岗社区居委会，成为现在的建制。[1]
