塘华村是乳源瑶族自治县大桥镇的行政村，村委会驻地在镇域东部，与镇政府驻地相距7公里，到县城34公里。村下设13个自然村，共365户、2157人。[1]村名的来历：村中有一口池塘，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国之初这里是塘华乡，1958年成为塘华大队；塘华乡政府成立于1983年，三年后改称塘华村委会，1989年又叫管理区，1998年恢复村委会之名，此后未变。[1]

经济[edit]

该村2118亩耕地、5128亩山林，种植以水稻、玉米，黄烟、红薯为补充；2008年村民人均年收入为3300元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单」。[1]
  • 2020年8月列入「首批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」（南瓜）。[1]
