历史沿革[edit]

据区划资料，中洞在1949至1957年为中洞乡，1958至1983年为中洞大队，1983至1986年又改回中洞乡，1986至1993年称中洞村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

小礤自然村的核工业741矿旧址，由1959年3月设立的国营441矿发展而来，1964年元旦起矿名改为741。建筑群集中建于20世纪60至70年代，有12处文物建筑，如工人俱乐部、宿舍楼、教学楼。旧址列入第十批广东省文物保护单位。[2]县政府网站将其作为广东核工业教育基地介绍，称它是我国首颗原子弹的原料供应地之一。[3]

  • 2019年12月，中洞村入选国家林业和草原局的第二批国家森林乡村。[1]
