历史沿革[edit]

人民公社时期，中心为沙溪公社下的中心大队（1961年3月）。撤社建乡在1983年11月，1986年12月定名中心村委会；其间曾有一段叫中心管理区（自1989年），1998年12月再改回村委会，沿用至今。[1]

人口[edit]

博雅地名网载，该村户数368、人口1647、劳动力699人；耕地2409亩，水田约1859亩。[1]农民人均纯收入在2009年为6595元，村集体收入15.2万元，全村经济总收入3954万元，农民以种养为主要收入来源。[1]
