大埔围村是广州市增城区增江街道下辖的行政村，在街道东部，邻惠州市博罗县，广汕公路穿村而过[1]。村名来自开居时在一大片草埔地上结围防兽[1]。村子是增城的革命老区，2022年被文化和旅游部确定为第四批全国乡村旅游重点村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

叶氏约在清康熙年间（1716年前后）自梅县迁来开居，村名定为大埔围。土改时为大埔围小乡，1956年建高级社，公社化时成大埔围大队；1975年与四丰村分开，单独设为一个行政村。1987年1月撤乡改村，称大埔围村委会，属三江镇；2004年三江镇并入石滩镇后，村归增江街。[1]

红色文化[edit]

村里设有革命烈士纪念碑，每年清明村民前往祭奠抗日牺牲的东江纵队烈士；百度百科还记有抗战历史陈列馆。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村情简介记全村辖6个自然村、9个经济合作社，山地2千多亩，水田652亩，鱼塘365亩。[1]百度百科称2023年村集体经济收入419万元，村内引入花卉主题景区和生猪养殖场。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2017年12月，村被确定为「首批全国农村幸福社区建设示范单位」；2019年9月，被广东省文化和旅游厅认定为「首批“广东省文化和旅游特色村”」；2021年9月入选「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」（生猪）；2023年11月，被认定为「第三批全国乡村治理示范村」，并入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」；2024年11月，被确定为「2024年广东省“美丽庭院”特色村」。[1]
