历史沿革[edit]

社区曾连续数年获得市桥街计划生育先进单位、街文明社区和番禺区文明社区等称号，并获评广州市2002至2003年度文明社区[2]。

地理环境[edit]

社区东至西丽南路，西临沙头涌，南至解放路，北至禺山大道，占地约11.5万平方米，绿化约2.6万平方米[2]。
