黄编村是广州市番禺区市桥街道下辖的行政村，位于街道北端，明初开村，村内有始建于明正德年间的眉山寺[1][2][3]。

历史沿革[edit]

村在明代初年开村。明正德十五年（1520年），当地苏氏设立黄色封面的《历朝本族世科登录册》，记录族人考取的功名，村名因此定为黄编。1987年起由黄编村民委员会管理[1]。百度百科称该村原名白石沙头村，有600多年历史[2]。

村域东邻德兴北路，西邻大北路，南邻东环路，北邻富华路，面积约0.4平方千米[1]。

人口民族[edit]

全村户籍人口450户、1630人，另有外来人口约8000人（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）[1]。

经济[edit]

村的西侧是市桥最热闹的商业街大北路，东侧是德兴北路，集体经济以物业租赁为主；据百度百科，村集体收入从2011年的2600万元增长到2019年的6204万元[1][2]。2026年1月，村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

眉山寺始建于明正德元年（1506年），相传由苏轼后裔苏近斋为纪念先祖而建，取苏轼故里「眉山」为名；寺内墙上镶有历次重修的碑记，可见康熙六十年（1721年）后，乾隆三十年（1765年）与嘉庆十六年（1811年）都有修缮，民国24年（1935年）再修。番禺区于2011年将其列为登记保护文物，寺中的菩提树入选「番禺十大古树名木」[3]。
