东南社区是广州市天河区棠下街道下辖的城中村社区，位于原棠东村的东南部，有东南牌坊，因此得名。[1]

概况[edit]

社区原属丰乐社区，2006年7月4日经天河区政府批准分出，同年12月1日成立居委会，2007年1月1日起对外办公。[1] 辖区东到棠东东路，南到中山大道，西到东南路，北到棠德南路，面积约0.5平方千米，有东南楼、毓南楼、顺景苑、富华苑四个小区，住户915户，常住2051人，流动人口多达16275人。[1] 社区2019年9月列入广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，2022年11月被认定为广州市绿色社区，2024年11月入选「广州市充分就业社区」。[1]
