历史沿革[edit]
东南的农民协会建于1950年，村分上、下两片。1953年起同东一合编为三约东乡，1958年改作生产大队；1983年归入东一乡，1984年单独设乡，1987年为管理区，1998年设村委会，沿用至今[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」[1]。
