岭头村位于松罗乡东北部，距乡政府约500米，下辖外岭头、里岭头和月爿山三个自然村。东邻满洋村，西连洋西村。[1]

村名原作外岭头，因村落坐落于山岭之上而得名。2021年8月改为岭头村。[3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立后，本村辗转隶属第五区、第十一区，以及孟洋乡和孟洋公社。自1961年7月起属松澳区西岭公社。1966年11月撤区后，村子归入松罗公社；1984年，该村改设外岭头村民委员会。2021年8月，村名改为岭头村。[3]

经济[edit]

葡萄、茶叶和果树是主要的种植作物，村民依托专业合作社组织种植。[2]

村子是福安市闽东革命老区的重点村。[2]
