岭头村是霞浦县松港街道下辖的行政村，位于县城北部的山区，距县城17公里，地处高山地带，是畲族居民集中的老区基点村。村名因村子坐落在一处山岭上而来。[1][2]

村子坐落在一处山岭上，故名岭头。[1]

村落与人口[edit]

村下辖岭头、古厝溪、梨坪湾、蔡堂下、坪岭、长贝洋和王霞7个自然村，主村在岭头。全村编为12个村民小组，住276户，男性585人、女性496人，合计1081人，其中常住人口为430人。[2]

畲族[edit]

人口较多的姓氏是钟姓，钟姓人口中绝大多数为畲族。畲族自称“山哈”，意为居住在山里的客人。村中保存完好的畲族祖谱图，以及梨坪湾会场，都是重要的文化遗存。[2]

畲族妇女的服饰以黑色为主，衣领、衣襟和袖口绣有彩色花纹；畲族民歌以霞浦调为主，唱法多用假声。每年三月初三，村民蒸制乌米饭，合家共餐，并馈赠亲友。[2]

土地与森林[edit]

山地约3021亩，森林覆盖率达九成，其余林地包括生态公益林和用材林。[2]

荣誉与历史沿革[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予岭头村2021年福建省卫生村称号。[1]

1958年公社化时，此地设岭头生产大队。1984年政社分开后，大队改称岭头村，同时产生村民委员会。[1]
