东兴社区是福建省龙岩市永定区凤城街道下辖的社区，成立于2000年，东以东大道为界，西临永定河。[1][2]

社区由大洲、东坊两个社区各划出部分区域设立，沿用原东兴坝一带的地名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

东兴社区由大洲、东坊两个居委会各划出一部分区域组成，县政府于1999年11月批准此事。2000年4月26日，社区挂牌，此后沿用这一名称。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区无耕地和林地，三面临水，一面临街，辖区向外没有发展空间。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。2024年1月，被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
