松柏村是福建省南平市建阳区将口镇下辖的行政村，位于区境西北部，与将口村、横塘村为邻，南面和山尾村及莒口镇的长埂村接壤，西面与武夷山市的黄土、兴田两镇相接。[1]村名的来历是早先这里多种松柏。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代隶属雒田下里的松柏埂保，1923年归将口乡。1932年称松柏保，1951年改设松柏乡；1956年划归将口公社，设为松柏大队，1984年改设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

村中以烤烟、茶叶、苗木为主要产业，并建有烟叶育苗与烘烤基地，该基地被认定为全国现代烟草农业示范基地。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中有古云寺，始建于清代，供奉观音菩萨。[2]

文化[edit]

2020年12月，松柏村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单；松柏村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]2022年10月，松柏村入选「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2025年3月，被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]

松柏村被评为第六批省级生态村。[2]
