田头村属福建省漳州市长泰区岩溪镇，位于镇东南部，距镇区约5公里。村庄地势南高北低，北面临龙津溪，县道上田公路穿村而过。全村辖3个自然村、10个村民小组，辖区面积2.25平方千米。[1]

地名由来[edit]

四周水田环绕，村落地势较高，状如人枕田岸，故得此名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国前此地与高濑合称高田保，之后为高田乡。1958年组建田头大队，1984年改为田头村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年12月，田头村列入国家森林乡村首批名单。[1]

2021年12月，田头村被定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」；2023年2月，又入选「第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

2023年9月，田头村获「漳州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」称号，产品为黑脊倒刺鲃。[1]

2024年11月，田头村获「2024年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，产品为黑脊倒刺鲃。[1]
