历史沿革[edit]
关于村名，地名资料的说法是：村民居于大垌的田边、进出路口的前端，故以田头为名。[2]沿革方面：1951年属山底行政村，此后1953年为田头小乡，此后1958年后与榕树合为田头榕树大队，此后1979年自榕树分出另立田头大队，此后1983年设田头乡，此后1987年称田头管理区，此后1999年改称田头村委会。[1]
