官田村在磁灶镇西南部，距镇政府约3公里，西南与内坑镇为邻。村子是革命老区行政村[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是：相传官府替守墓人买下田地，供其耕种，村因此得名官田[2]。

明清时期这里属三都。1944年属新民乡太昌保；1956年划入内坑区锦和乡；1961年设磁灶公社官田大队；1984年改设磁灶镇官田村委会[2]。

人口民族[edit]

村中以陈姓为主[2][3]。

地理环境[edit]

村辖官田、新后坑等3个自然村，有三条出村的水泥路，其中一条通往双内路，另有一条接入大宅村的上跨桥连接线[2][3]。

文化[edit]

草山头有婿爷宫，新后坑有周王府宫，官田有蓝田境慈济宫。另有丹心庙供奉国殇公，每年农历八月初二至初八为祭祀香期[2][3]。

历史人文[edit]

解放前夕，村里曾是地下活动的场所，许集美、陈孔才等地下党员在此开展过工作[2]。
