黄沙村位于一都镇南部，与安溪县桃舟乡接壤，是省定的革命老区村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1942年，黄沙建立地下党组织，村中不少人加入游击队，根据地选在东湖岩一带。1944年1月，永大游击队来到黄沙开展地下工作。[1]

其后，村中有七人先后被捕，两名党员在狱中牺牲，解放后被追认为烈士。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村分为黄沙、草洋、山殊三个自然角落，共6个村民小组，村中有汉、畲两族居民。[1]
