松柏社区隶属福建省厦门市思明区嘉莲街道，位于莲岳路以东、嘉禾路以西，面积0.42平方千米，已建成中高档小区21个。[1]

地名由来[edit]

社区由有关政府命名，与毗邻的长青社区取「松柏长青」之意。[1]

人口民族[edit]

辖内共4855户，其中3944户为常住户，常住人口11912人；另有911户为流动户，流动人口2980人。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

这里原为筼筜海域的滩涂。1970年筼筜港西堤开建，海滩陆续成陆，改革开放后建起松柏小区住宅区。1982年11月，它被划入筼筜街道。[3]

1995年10月，小区析设松柏与长兴两个居委会，次年又设怡祥居委会，1999年长兴并入怡祥。2000年6月，松柏与怡祥两居委会改属嘉莲街道。2003年5月，怡祥转入松柏社区。[3]

辖内单位有400多家，其中包括松柏中学、天虹商场等。[3]
