历史沿革[edit]

村委会成立于1981年8月。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

1949年8月16日，人民解放军在岭头猪蹄亭山（又称猪蹄峰）一带向福州北郊的国民党守军阵地发起进攻，猪蹄峰一役是解放福州的战斗之一。今村中建有八一七革命烈士公园。[1][3]

村内还有飞云峡景区，景区内设高空滑翔索道与漂流项目。华天国防教育训练中心与八一七公园相邻。[1]

文化[edit]

岭头村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
