金星社区是杭州市拱墅区半山街道下辖的社区，位于桃源新区，2007年底由金星行政村撤村建居而设立。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

社区名称沿用昔日合作社时期的金星大队。博雅地名网认为，「金星」有组织起来搞生产、前途光明的寓意。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立初期，这一带分属杭州市瓜山乡和杭县半山乡的几个村。1956年，下塘、施行等村并入杭县康桥乡的四个高级社；1958年公社化后为四维公社康桥管理区的金星生产队，1962年成为康桥公社金星大队。1980年5月划入半山区，1984年改属半山镇。[4][5]

1985年1月，因施行村是本村委会的中心村，此地更名为施行村行政村，1996年1月改称金星村。[4]

撤村建居的时间，概况栏写为2007年底，沿革栏则写为2007年12月12日，金星行政村被撤销，两说不同，这里只取月份。2017年3月，区政府批准调整了四至范围。[2][4]

位置与发展[edit]

社区处在桃源新区之内。北侧是下塘河，南侧是桃源街，西侧挨着云锦路，东侧是沈半路。小区占地约180亩，楼宇32幢，均为高层，共3717套住房。[2]

社区2009年3月起整村拆迁，2015年7月通过「现房+期房」的办法完成回迁。社区常住户827户，常住人口3468人，年份未注。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

社区获得的称号有「杭州市文明单位」「杭州市人口和计划生育工作先进社区」「拱墅区先进基层党组织」等。[2]
