地名由来与沿革[edit]
清末，村民兴畿公在丙岭茶亭旁开了一家染坊，那里地势低洼，被人称作黄畿塘，村名由此而来。[1]新中国成立前属刁坊区，1962年改为福兴公社的黄畿大队，之后于1983年建乡，1987年建管理区。[1]
永思堂[edit]
永思堂又称大王屋，是三堂八横四围龙的围龙屋，门前有约3亩的禾坪和约5.5亩的池塘，建筑占地54.5亩，有房间285间，右侧另建有“文武学堂”。[2]
荣誉与人口[edit]
2017年10月，黄畿村被授予第一批广东省卫生村。村内在册1016户、3875人，总面积3平方千米，耕地1500亩。[1]
