白水村是梅州市蕉岭县南礤镇中南部的行政村，面积7.23平方千米，耕地636.99亩，下分8个村民小组，161户、630人（博雅地名网，未注明年份）。[1]
地名由来[edit]
相传明成化初年（约1470年），一户白姓人家在村里的水磜边住下，屋旁有道高高的磜，流下的水清澈，于是叫作白水磜，后来演变成白水。[1]
经济[edit]
种植业以南药为特色，毛竹和林木给村集体带来收入；上一年农村经济总收入287万元。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，这里叫白水磜村，属南磜乡。人民公社时期编为梅东公社白水生产大队，1961年转归南磜公社。1983年白水并入甲华乡，同年南磜区建立；1987年叫白水村委会，1990年为管理区，1999年又改回村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月公布的「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单上有白水村。[1]
