百安村隶属于广东省梅州市五华县潭下镇，在镇域东北部。村下分30个村民小组，全村总面积11.8平方千米，耕地约1818亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
关于村名，博雅地名网收录的说法是：原名“白旱”，因耕地怕旱而得名；新中国成立后修了长约5公里的灌渠，农田得以自流灌溉，改称百安，寓意百姓安居。[1]
建制变化：1949年称乡，1958年成立大队，1983年改称乡政府，1989年为管理区，1999年改称村委会。[1]
