新乐村是梅州市大埔县百侯镇辖下的行政村，位于镇的东北部。据博雅地名网载村情（未注明年份），全村分29个村民小组，在册410户、1844人，总面积9.4平方千米，耕地1121亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
原名新村畲。土地改革时，取「农民有了土地，将过上快乐幸福的生活」之意，改称新乐。[1]
约在明嘉靖四十五年（1566年），刘姓人家自湖寮古城迁入，聚居地叫新村畲；1952年为百侯区新乐乡，1957年为侯北乡新村畲小乡；1958年10月，百侯公社下设新乐大队；1980年曾划归横溪公社；1983年冬又称百侯区武塘乡，1986年2月起为百侯镇新乐村；1988年叫管理区，1998年改设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村情材料列出的主要作物是水稻、毛竹，上一年全村经济总收入是1654万元（年份未注明）。[1] 该村曾是省定贫困村，由广州市水务局帮扶，帮扶资金60万元用于办一座蜜柚果场，据称办成后每年增加村集体收入3万元以上。[1]
