历史沿革[edit]
村境处在南山之内，故称南山村。[1]
明代属白罗社南山村，清代属白寨甲；民国隶百侯区白寨乡；新中国成立初期归第三区（侯云）；1952年为百侯区南山乡，1957年为侯南乡南山小乡；1958年10月，百侯公社下设南山大队；1986年12月起为百侯镇南山村；1988年叫管理区，1998年改设村民委员会。[1]
