胜坑村是广东省梅州市大埔县银江镇下辖的行政村，位于梅州的梅县区、大埔县与丰顺县的交界处，村里有粤东地委机关旧址。^[1]^[2]

地名由来[edit]

相传祖辈迁来定居后披荆斩棘，立志超过邻村；又因村两侧是高山，中间一条小坑，坑水向东流去，故名胜坑。^[1]

1952年为银江区胜坑乡，1957年为银中乡的胜坑小乡；1958年10月编为大麻公社胜坑大队，1962年划归银江公社，1978年转到坪上公社；1983年12月设乡，1986年冬称村，1988年3月改为管理区，1998年改称胜坑村民委员会。^[1]

全村19个村民小组，在册254户、1307人，总面积50平方千米，耕地362亩（镇页所列村情，未注明年份）。^[2]

粤东地委机关旧址胜坑爱庐居是民国时期建筑，梅州市人民政府于2020年3月13日将其列入第七批市级文物保护单位；爱庐居建于清道光年间，属革命旧址，列在大埔县第十一批县级文物保护单位中。^[3]^[4]

2019年9月，胜坑村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。^[1]
