径心村是梅县区畲江镇的行政村，夹在三条山径之间。[1]
地名由来与沿革[edit]
村落夹在径子山、叶华径、径子口这三条「径」中间，所以叫径心。新中国成立前为径心堡，1949年改设径心乡，1958年立径心生产大队，1990年设管理区，2005年成立村民委员会。[1]
径义社区的办公地点在本村径义农民街。径心村列入广东省2018年「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，名单于2019年9月公布。[1]
