宝溪村是博罗县麻陂镇下辖的行政村，位于四面环山之地。清代就有人发现这里有铜、锡矿并掘洞开采，人们以为此处藏宝，加上一条清溪从村边流过，得名宝溪。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地清代归苏州巡司署管，民国时划在第七区甲乡；建国后并入第三区麻陂乡。1959年成为麻陂公社的宝溪大队；1983年设宝溪乡，1986年改称管理区；1990年设立宝溪村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，宝溪村获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
