洪湖村是博罗县麻陂镇下辖的行政村。村子四周有河流，又处在洼地，以种粮为主，长年受洪水浸泡，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地清代归苏州巡司署管，民国时划在第七区甲乡；建国后并入第三区麻陂乡，1959年编在麻陂公社宝溪大队之下；1983年设洪湖乡，1986年改称管理区；1990年设立洪湖村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
洪湖村以蔬菜入选广东省农业农村厅2020年8月公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]
