金湖村是博罗县麻陂镇下辖的行政村，原名黄猄湖，博罗北站就设在村域内。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

相传清朝后期有一头黄猄跌进村前的大鱼塘，村子因此叫黄猄湖。解放初期，村民觉得这名字寓意不好，借谐音改作黄金湖；1955年去掉“黄”字，称金湖。[1]此地清代归苏州巡司署管，民国时划在第七区甲乡；建国后并入第三区麻陂乡。1959年成为麻陂公社的金湖大队；1983年设金湖乡，1986年改称管理区；1990年设立金湖行政村民委员会。[1]

博罗北站[edit]

博罗北站的地址写作博罗县麻陂镇金湖村，是京港高速铁路赣深段的客运站，2021年12月10日开通。规划阶段的环境影响报告书曾把站址设在金湖林场附近，距麻陂镇中心约3.5千米。[2][3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，金湖村获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号；2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
