南城社区是惠州市惠城区河南岸街道下辖的社区，2012年从河南岸村分出，辖区面积1.8平方公里[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
取名寓意辖区将发展为惠城区的南部新城。2012年7月划出自河南岸村，10月起设南城社区[1]。
人口民族[edit]
截至2013年5月，社区外来流动人口10186人，户籍人口26890人（8963户）；辖区内物业管理的住宅小区25个，单位自管的住宅小区10个，另有小学1所、幼儿园4所[1]。
文化[edit]
2019年9月，社区名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2022年1月获评2021年惠州市绿色社区；2022年8月又成为2022年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
