罗乐村是肇庆市高要区白诸镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东南角，隔新兴江与活道镇相对，东面与新桥镇的沙田分界，辖6条自然村，广茂铁路从村里通过[1]。

村内有364户、1410人，耕地1163亩，集体办有粮食加工厂、木厂和代销店[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1956年建罗乐社，1958年成立大队，并入新桥公社，后转属白诸公社。1963年，罗乐、稳裕、河洞合为乐源大队，后改叫向红大队，1969年三队分开。1983年罗乐、稳裕合成乐源乡，1987年分设两个村委会，1989年罗乐改设管理区，1998年再称村委会[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
