布院村是肇庆市高要区白诸镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中心地带，村边公路向上通云浮市的思劳，向下到白诸圩[1]。

村内辖3条自然村，有913户、3069人，耕地2524亩，集体经济有鱼塘、丰产林、粮食加工厂、店铺出租和砖厂[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
该村1952年设乡政府，1955年编为布院社，1958年划入新桥公社，称布院大队，1959年转属白诸公社。1968年一度叫长征大队，随后恢复。1983年称布院乡，之后依次为村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1998年改为布院村民委员会[1]。
