北凤村是肇庆市高要区白诸镇下辖的行政村，位于镇北面，村前公路上通杨梅水库[1]。

该村原管辖北岸和凤多两个村，各取一字，定名北凤[1]。

村委会管辖2条自然村，共271户、979人，耕地805亩，集体收入主要来自鱼塘和丰产林[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1990年起属上孔管理区，同年上孔管理区分设上孔和北凤两个管理区，1998年改为北凤村民委员会（页面写作「北风」），沿用至今[1]。2026年1月，北凤村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村[1]。
