杜溪村是广东省江门市开平市长沙街道下辖的行政村，在街道中部，辖11个村小组，办公地在杜冈圩。[1]

村东邻东乐村，南邻三江、八一，北邻新民村，西邻平原村，面积1.7平方千米。11个村小组是潮清、万福、昌隆、塘美、岗背、东头、林峰、上山、朝龙、朝敦、大源。[1]
户籍有2153人，实际在住2020人；耕地948余亩，另有鱼塘200亩。村里建有4栋、占地7000平方米的厂房，有商铺40个，集体收入靠出租厂房、场地并收取农田鱼塘管理费。[1]
