西溪村是广东省江门市开平市长沙街道下辖的行政村，在街道西边，辖12条自然村，与开元工业园相邻。[1]

村域约2.5平方千米，其中耕地950亩、山林500亩、竹园100亩。户籍人口1596人，424户，党员33人。省道274线从村中东西向穿过，东距开平市区约6公里，西北距开阳高速沙塘出入口约3公里。[1]
村里出租竹园100亩，另出租约10万平方米土地办厂，共有21家厂场；耕地中600多亩由外地人员承包，种植水稻和马蹄等。[1]
西溪村入选广东“百千万工程”典型村，并获评广东省民主法治示范村。[2]
