历史沿革[edit]
1953年同涂池合设涂池乡，后又分开；1959年成为坝头人民公社的大埔堀生产大队，1986年称大埔堀村，隶坝头镇。[2]坝头镇2002年撤销，大埔堀划入凤翔街道，改称社区。[2]2026年3月，它被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
