历史沿革[edit]
建国初期设朱安农会，属南雄县第七区凌溪乡，后改组为朱安塘初级社和高级社。1958年百顺人民公社成立，这里是朱安管理区；60年代初为朱安大队，1983年称乡，1988年改管理区，1998年12月起为朱安村委会。[1]
名称由来[edit]
这里原是朱姓所居，后来麦姓迁入；为了不忘朱姓先人，并取平安之意，定名朱安。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，该村列入广东省2018年度民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地1334亩，山林约4.3万亩（含生态公益林约0.5万亩）；种植水稻、花生、竹林和黄豆。乡村公路1999年通车，2009年完成水泥硬化，路面宽3.5米。[1]
