历史沿革[edit]
20世纪50年代初，邓洞属南雄县第七区的大地乡。1961至1962年间成为百顺公社下的邓洞大队；之后依次改称革命委员会（1969年）、乡（1983年）、管理区（1988年），1998年12月起为邓洞村委会。[1]
名称由来[edit]
村中邓姓居多，村名由此而来。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年9月，该村列入广东省第二批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村名单，产业为贡柑；2019年9月列入广东省2018年度民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位名单。[1]
经济[edit]
村有耕地1066.73亩、林地22227亩，种植水稻、花生、竹木和黄豆；村年集体收入7000元。[1]
