历史沿革[edit]
村名的两个字，一是指这里的居民都是瑶族，二是指村子靠着灵溪河[1]。新中国成立之初曾归新庄乡；1958年有了瑶溪大队，1984年立瑶溪乡，1986年改设瑶族村委会，1989年叫瑶溪管理区，1998年重设村民委员会，所属的曲江县于2004年把它划给仁化县[1][2]。
经济[edit]
瑶溪出产的蜂蜜，列在周田镇的名优特产之中[2]。
