历史沿革[edit]
村子北靠山、南临浈江，江边有一片凸起的滩地，像舞台一样，台滩由此得名[1]。
1989年，原鸡龙大队一分为三，成立鸡龙、台滩、八村三个管理区；1998年台滩改称村民委员会，当时属曲江县[1]。2004年区划调整划归仁化县后，台滩村委会与八村村委会的部分村民小组合并，成为现在的台滩村[1][2]。
