秀水村是广州市增城区小楼镇北部的行政村，东邻长岭村，西接青迳村，北靠派潭镇，距镇政府15公里[1]。
地名与历史沿革[edit]
村名来自小秀山和小秀水[1]。明洪武十四年（1381年）有村民来此定居，最初依地形取名小水，民国时期改称秀水村[1]。1952年土改时划为秀水小乡，1956年冬办成合丰高级社，1958年组建秀水大队，1983年改为秀水乡，1987年1月撤乡改村[1]。
经济与荣誉[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，村内人口1880人，分属14个合作社，其中外出950人；总面积3.05平方千米，耕地1100亩、林地2158亩、鱼塘28亩。村民以种水稻为主，外出务工的多从事汽车配件行业[1]。2021年12月获「广东省卫生村」称号，2026年1月列入「2025年广州市充分就业社区（村）」[1]。
