里汾村属广州市增城区中新镇，是镇辖的行政村。博雅地名网所载村情记其面积1.5平方千米，耕地约800亩，户籍人口760人（171户），流动人口85人，下辖1个自然村、6个村民小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村边有汾溪，是西福河的支流，村名由此而来。[1]

里汾村的集体组织始于1956年成立的里汾高级农业生产合作社。两年后实行人民公社化，村隶属中新公社，当时的生产大队叫里汾大队；1959年福和从中新公社划出，村随之改属福和公社。1983年公社改区，大队改称乡，1987年撤乡设村、成立村民委员会，仍归福和镇管辖，2004年福和镇并入中新镇后改属中新镇。[1]

村里有文化室、篮球场、公园、休闲场地和科普培训室，“五通”工程已全部完成。[1]
