历史沿革[edit]
1940年建村；1960年公社化后立大坳大队；1984年起称大坳乡；到1987年，大坳村民委员会成立[1]。抗战期间，广游二支队曾在此“智取大坳军械厂”[3]。
经济[edit]
全村土地面积5861亩，下辖23个生产队，人口3996人（劳动力2872人），人均收入11943元，村集体总收入210万元[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年10月，大坳村列入「2019年广东省卫生村」名录[1]。
