南山村最早的村落由谭氏始祖斐然于清嘉庆年间（1795年至1820年）从明镜村迁来建立。1974年至2003年，村属都门公社、都门区与都门镇，2003年随都门镇并入泗纶镇。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

谭氏始祖斐然在清嘉庆年间（1795年至1820年）从明镜村迁到南山村落户，是村内最早的村落。1875年，黄氏始祖孟揆自青桐村迁入。今有黄、谭、张、陆、苏、杜等11姓，黄姓占56%。[1][2]

1958年9月，泗纶公社把南山乡改成太平大队。1974年7月划出都门公社，仍称太平大队；1983年改设南山乡，归都门区；1986年改为村民委员会，1989年设管理区，1999年复称村委会，属都门镇。2003年9月，都门并入泗纶镇，南山村委会名称与设置保持不变。[2]
