历史沿革[edit]

张、吴、姚、区、肖等姓迁入。1958年设为东二生产大队，之后于1983年改设乡人民政府；1987年起为村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年又恢复村委会的名称。[1]

1958年归建城人民公社，1983年划入建城区公所，1987年起隶属建城镇人民政府。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，东二村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
