和平社区是广东省潮州市潮安区浮洋镇下辖的社区，位于浮洋集镇西南端，面积0.25平方千米，前身为浮洋集镇的一个联组。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

社区东面以胜利街为界，与胜利社区相连；西面临潮汕公路；南面与夏里美村接壤；北面与中兴社区为邻。社区地域呈不规则的块状，辖有21个自然角落，包括柯厝、新围、下园、内李、外李、十四间等。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代，此地归海阳县登云都管辖；民国三年（1914年）起属潮安县登云区，1930年划入云隆区，1950年隶属潮安县第六区。[1]

1953年设立乡镇，归第六区管辖，名为浮洋镇。1956年撤区并乡，此地划入浮洋乡，成为第三联组。1958年，该联组改为第三生产队；1972年改为第三居民委员会；1987年撤区改镇后，正式定名和平居民委员会。[2]
