光明村是广东省中山市三角镇下辖的行政村，位于镇辖区西南部，紧邻民众街道[1]。全村总面积10442亩，下设32个村民小组[2]。村中以水产养殖为主，是三角镇生鱼产业的重要区域之一[2]。

名称[edit]

村名取「光明」一词，含义是解放为百姓带来希望与幸福；因村委会驻地设于此，故以此命名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

清代中叶，顺德县人迁居此地建村[1]。1950年合并后定名光明村；1953年东平、光二两村并入，改称乡；1958年又分开，至1963年改名光三[1]。此后1983年才恢复为光明大队，次年改称光明乡，1986年设光明村委会，1990年为光明管理区[1]。2001年东平、光二与光明三村合并，名称仍为光明村委会[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

全村常住11301人（2024年末数据），户籍为2878户、10481人[2]。耕地与鱼塘合计8600多亩，水产以生鱼、泥鳅、四大家鱼、虾为主[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2026年3月，光明村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]。2020年8月，它入选「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单，主产杂交鳢[1]。2022年，村里获得「中山市文明村」称号[2]。
